Appartamento molto bello con spazi ben organizzati

L'organizzazione da parte dei gestori è stata pessima: - ci è stato chiesto l'orario del check in (prontamente comunicato) ma quando siamo arrivati all'appartamento c'era ancora la donna delle pulizie e abbiamo dovuto attendere sulle scale per mezz'ora!!! - all'interno dell'appartamento avremmo dovuto trovare la card di accesso alla piscina. Non avendola trovata abbiamo subito cercato di ottenerla (via mail, via telefono e infine recandoci di persona all'ufficio) ma nonostante le promesse non ci è mai stata consegnata! Di fatto è stato un servizio che non abbiamo potuto utilizzare!! - in un bagno abbiamo trovato a terra una spazzola sporca e piena di capelli!!

La inmobiliaria te cita un horario muy corto.Fuimos al check in y nos dijeron que teníamos que esperar DOS HORAS para entrar más xq estaban limpiando (no estaba tan limpio el piso) y entrar a las 18:30 ES MUY TARDE. Pero a las 10:05 de la mañana para el check out nos abrieron la puerta. Las tarjetas de la piscina NO Estaban, las pedimos, no nos la dieron. No pudimos disfrutar la piscina. NO habían elementos para el baño, como gel de ducha, shampoo o algo como muestran en la foto. NO te dejan nada. A las 19 cuando entramos al piso, cansados con ganas de bañarnos, TAMPOCO teníamos toallas. Nos tocaron la puerta a las 20:00 para darnos toallas

Location was brilliant, and the use of the pool a big plus.

Check in and out time, did not get keys till gone 5pm and check out at 10am. Not meeting at the apartment to collect the keys and being shown around was a negative.

Overall it is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location, right on the marina and close to the local supermarket.

The key to the main entrance was totally worn down and just span around in the lock, We collected the keys at around 4.30pm but didn’t actually go to the apartment until around 8pm only to find that we couldn’t get in. We had to contact the agents who sent someone out to look at the lock, they then explained that you had to put a lot pressure on the bottom of the door and very slowly turn the key hoping that it hits the catch, Ridiculous. 1st thing next morning we returned to the agent and requested another set of keys and they also tried fobbing us off until I told them that the key was actually worn out and I wasn’t prepared to stand there for 20 minutes trying to unlock the door. The following morning I had a shower in the en suite bathroom and when I was finished I turned to get my towel only to find the whole of the bathroom floor and some of the bedroom floor were absolutely flooded due to the shower drain being totally blocked. This took me over 30 minutes to clear up and I then had to clear the drain which was absolutely disgusting.
