Peaceful and lovely in the country a little outside the center of Parma
Only that nobody was there to greet us upon arrival- ten mins later someone came and checked us in. Not very friendly or welcoming- we requested a double bed and got two singles. No room cleaning even though we hung the request on our door. All in all it was still so beautiful and breakfast was great.

Charming Italian country home at the end of a tree lined lane. Large comfortable rooms. Pleasant staff. Delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant
No refrigerator in room. We traded charm for walkablity. ( not in walking distance of any sites of interest)

The restaurant was very attractive. Food was okay and breakfast okay.
Unsmiling faces of femal staff. We couldn't find the hotel entrance as it was round the side and the sign was hidden by parasols. We went into restaurant as most obvious door and Air of neglect outside, no flowers. We needed to ask for coffee at breakfast, as it was not offered.
