The location is great, in the Navigli area. The room was extremely spacious, with a nice view of the inner garden. Very quiet. You can park your car inside the complex and it feels safe to leave it there day and night (there is a big gate to enter). Patrizia is always available and super nice: she makes you feel right at home. Everything is very well-organized regarding the information needed to access the complex and the private room, with clear instructions and YouTube videos showing where to go. Highly recommended!
I liked everything, really. Maybe a shower curtain would be handy to take the shower in the bath tab? But well: just a detail.

the host is nice and helpful. the place is artsy but it’s good to note that’s only a room within a loft not the whole loft. There are cameras outside of your room. the room is Quite clean and spacious but if you don’t open the garden doors, the room is humid and smells funny if you open the doors, you’ll be eaten alive by mosquitoes.
it’s far from the hip area of Navigli, you have to walk at least 20 mins for the good bars. there’s a tram stop there but most of the tabaccarias there didn’t have the tickets.
the shower got cold after 10 mins, you gotta be fast to enjoy the hot water.
