Runa Guest House

Quiet location, but close enough to all of the great sites within short drive.

Nothing

Comfortable spot to explore Orkney from.

This place is a real hidden gem! A gorgeous self contained apartment with absolutely everything you need. Beautifully decorated with stunning views from every window. Very comfortable bed and a huge sofa and armchair. Huge telly with every channel you need. A separate kitchen with everything, even a dishwasher! Rob is a super host and runs an immaculate and cosy accommodation. He also has lots of information on all local history and what to do and see on Orkney. Book it, you won’t regret it!

Runa guest house was situated in a remote location which was great! The roads were quiet, not many houses nearby so very peaceful location which allowed us some good nights sleep. Although remote it was close by car to a lot of nice places to visit. The host came to talk to us in our first night. He was kind and very knowledgeable of the area providing us with details of places to visit. The 1 bedroom apartment was very clean, it provided everything we needed. It had cooking facilities and laundry facilities which was a bonus. Overall a very good stay. I would reccomend.
