Lots of communication before we arrived. They were great in replying. There were 6 of us and it was only one night as we were on our way north but we were able to arrange airport pickup and the key instructions were easy. Great location and the apartment fit our needs. 6 people but 4 were siblings so not shared beds. I would recommend!

The location is fantastic - very close to the Spanish Steps. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are great.
The communal area is ok but a little small.

It
We had to wait in 35 degrees Celsius on the street until someone remotely opened the door. We were not even in the accomandation and they already asked when we are planning to check out. The apartment is in the 3rd floor top floor which should be in the description.
