The location is perfect. Lots of eating and entertainment options in the area. The price is also excellent.
If you stay more than 7 days they want you to move into a different room rather than just cleaning the room you are in. Very inconvenient.
There is a clothes washer right in the room (yay!) but only 2 very small dryers for the entire building. And when we were there, one of those dryers was broken.
Parking is also very difficult. First, you must pay 1,000a day for parking (did be worse). But then, they don't assign one of the limited, numbered, parking spots - they leave it to 'first come, first served.'

Parking available at property, sheltered. walking distance to American village. A simple and cosy apartment with fridge, stove, washer if you ever need it.
The bed was creaky. pillows too thin.

Room had everything necessary.
Had everything. Many things didn’t work quite right. Air conditioner blew warm air. Fridge wasn’t cold and leaked water. Property management style was very impersonal. Overall I would not suggest staying in Chatan.
