I really liked the communication
It’s a small apart hotel
The reason no reception and you don’t see the stuff
However, they were always available and explained everything clearly
The room was very clean
We didn’t have a hair dryer in the room and I didn’t want to go and ask somebody for it because it was already too late that I was in the shower
Also the room, though it was rather clean, felt a little bit cheap to me, I’m mean there were no special accessories, but I cannot understand that the price is very cheap and the location is prime.

This was not my first stay at a hotel from this chain, as I have always found their properties comfortable and convenient. Shlomtzi is located right in the city center, with plenty of places nearby to meet business partners or have a meal. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. There was a minor issue with the air conditioning, but the hosts resolved it within half an hour, and the problem did not recur.
