Imu Hotel Kyoto

Pretty much perfect location for central Kyoto; excellent facilities, cleanliness and staff as well - really nothing to complain about^^

We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and the staff is exceptionally kind and attentive. We especially loved the communal space, where workshops are held in the evenings,it created such a welcoming and unique atmosphere. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the cocktails were also excellent. However, what truly stood out was the staff. We have rarely experienced such genuine kindness and hospitality. It is clear that they truly care about their guests and go the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome and valued.

The staff were super helpful. Breakfast was great. Comfortable beds.

Room is too small for a triple room.

Clean rooms

Extremely small rooms. You have to go and get your amenities from reception.
