Comfortable, stylish, clean, good location and great breakfast. Very impressed with wait staff.

A bit smelly in the bathrooms. Rooms a tad warm! Otherwise great.

The property had a lovely feel about it

Wonderful location, next to the Palace Museum of King Nikola, and within easy walking distance to all the other sights in Cetinje. Quiet room. Good internet. Helpful staff at reception. Good choice for breakfast.

Hotel is in a pedestrian zone, so cars/taxi cannot drop off at the front entrance. Could be tricky for someone with a large suitcase and mobility issues.

The location was good and the suite was beautiful.

Above all, the way the staff handled the problems was thoroughly unpleasant. I booked a room for three adults and received explicit confirmation that an extra bed would be provided. Upon arrival, the bed provided for the extra guest was a low-quality folding bed that was extremely small. When I asked for a larger one, the receptionist flatly claimed none were available. Later, as my friend was getting ready to sleep, we discovered the bed was actually broken: one wooden slat was missing and another was severely damaged. Only after this discovery were we finally provided with a larger replacement bed. The room had towels for only two people and no blanket for the extra bed. The blanket brought to us was unsuitable for use. After we insisted, we received another one, but without a cover. The staff member entered our room without knocking, and we had to unfold the replacement bed ourselves. The receptionist was unpleasant throughout and offered no apology. I arranged this stay for my friends, and the lack of care in handling these problems made the experience disappointing and embarrassing.
