Fabulous location. A beautiful property. Clear after hours instructions to access . A delightful room and use of the lounge area. Fantastic kind staff who went out of their way to help us. A memorable stay in a stunning old world setting.

The hotel location was perfect, close to all the attractions & the main square! It was very lovely with a beautiful courtyard where we enjoyed a beer one afternoon! Our room was very comfortable & we loved that we could open the windows wide onto the inner courtyard! We woke up in the morning to the sound of birds twittering in the lobby!

We would have appreciated a slightly larger safety deposit box as it didn’t fit our iPads & certainly would not fit a laptop!

A beautiful setting, very clean, beautiful rooms and building. Close to everything. Great hosts.

There was nothing you couldn't like!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in May 2026. The Hotel is in the old city but is accessible via a motorable road. The taxi ride from the train station to the hotel was around Euro 16. We could walk to all attractions from the hotel

The hotel is a heritage building so rooms are very small. Ours was on a floor that is accessible by an elevator (all rooms are not). Our room had very low beams close to the bed and in the bathroom. We had to be very careful not to hit our heads on these beams (and we are not very tall). For some reason our bathtub had no shower curtain. This led to a lot of water spraying all over the bathroom floor. Breakfast was served in a small room. However, the breakfast spread was very minimal. When I wife asked eggs can be prepared, the lady was kind of curt with her answer. We would stay in this property if we ever return to Brugge.
