Hotel Giordano

Location great, quiet hotel, nice staff, nice breakfast and nice front garden…..

No kettle in rooms….. same needed. No variety of cereals for breakfast. Not allowed to iron in rooms….therefore no iron available!!!…… we were informed that an ironing facility could be arranged with an outside source…. But Hotel failed to inform us that an ironing room was available for use by guests!!! We discovered this room accidentally on the morning of wedding day!!!!! Accommodation was priced too high but the area of Ravello is probably what you’re paying for!!!!!

Very well presented property and excellent team

The overall experience was superb. Location was just off the main square. Breakfast enjoyable and pool area good for requirement.

Felt for the price tea and coffee making facilities should be available in rooms.

We loved the location and the large pool we used it everyday. We also loved the gardens and the v friendly staff and the air con worked v well and efficiently. The Hotel breakfast v good and nicely presented also v clean and efficient

Nothing we can think of possibly if being hyper critical we were charge 4-5 weeks the entire amount of the stay before even visiting the property so this is something to be aware of mindful of as if you arrive and are unhappy with your room or some issue then they already have all of your money.
