Hotel Parisien

Front desk fellow was pleasant and helpful but

lodging had zero ‘personality’ and minimal street parking for which you needed to watch the metered $

I stayed at Hotel Parisien for six nights. First of all, I would like to thank the hotel staff very much for making my stay so pleasant and comfortable. A huge thank you to everyone! My room was on the second floor and had a very nice terrace, which was extremely convenient when going to the beach every day. I loved everything about my room as well as the hotel itself. My room, the entire hotel and Menton itself were spotlessly clean. My room was cleaned every day and everything was very well maintained. Everything in my room was very well organised, making it convenient and easy to find everything I needed. There was also plenty of space. My bathroom was very spacious and bright, and I liked it very much. The location of the hotel is absolutely brilliant. It is less than a 10-minute walk from the train station and less than five minutes from the bus stop, where you can catch buses to Monaco, Eze … and Nice. Within just one or two minutes' walk from the hotel, there is a lovely bakery, a supermarket, several restaurants and a café serving delicious croissants prepared by a pastry chef. The public beach is less than a five-minute walk away. I preferred going to a private beach, which took me around 15 minutes to reach on foot. Once again, I would like to thank all the staff I met at the hotel for making my holiday in Menton excellent and very comfortable. Everyone was extremely polite, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Their kindness and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable, and I would be very happy to stay at Hotel Parisien again. Thank you so much for everything!

Location was great, beach right down the road and lots of restaurants nearby; train station only 5 minute walk. Hosts were very friendly. Room was simple and clean.

Bathroom was a little dated and small.

Location

2 full flights of narrow stairs. No Elevator. Small spaced and tight public parking. No blanket for the bed. Really confining bathroom with a lack of hot water in the morning
