Staff, cleanliness room service and dinner meal was delicious plus dessert. Close to plaza.

I read a review huge brekkie buffet variety and unfortunately there was no grilled tomatoes, mushroom or even brekkie sausages and I booked for the brekkie.

Room was comfy and secure - which is paramount to me when travelling. The room had everything i needed as well as plenty of space to move around and store my things

The staff were excellent

In the room the beds were comfortable had to be careful though as not attached to headboard so would roll away. Breakfast was really good. Nice choice being buffet. Room was quiet which was nice and had a nice view of the hills and windmills.

Coming from the USA I have to realize things are done differently here. the back of the door looked like something had been spilled down the back of it and was sticky?? Did let the front desk know when we went out for the day. When we came back though and could see the room had been serviced nothing had been done about the door? Also dirty dishes etc. were left in the room and not taken out. Step down/out of shower bath combo would benefit from having a grab bar for safety. Staff was a mix of pleasant and polite to not much personality. Would have been nice to engage guest and ask purpose of stay etc and make some suggestions maybe of things to do. Also I had ordered flowers for the room which were put in the room as asked but not in a vase?? Little things I guess but would go a long way for service etc.
