Really well situated in La Rochelle, everything was super close and walkable. The hotel was a really comfortable stay and the staff were so friendly and helpful

The hotel is ideally situated for visiting La Rochelle. Its very central. The staff are fabulous - very informative about places to see and things to do. The room is small but the bed was very comfortable. Hotel de Paris is in an ideal position, its very central but also very quiet at night.
I would have liked a kettle in the room, but that is only my own preference. There was tea available in the lobby. There is also no AC but we were advised of this before arrival.

Charming hotel, friendly staff.
The stairs were a little higher than realised, try to stay on ground floor if you have heavy bags
