Occidental Aran Park

Przemiła obsługa (nawet o 5 nad ranem, przy wymeldowaniu). W pokojach czysto.

The welcome biscuits and water at the reception is heart warming.

The elevator is not working from -2 level underground parking going to ground floor reception area.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient for us since we were not traveling for tourism purposes, although it is a bit far from the main tourist attractions so you will need a car

The hotel could benefit from a refresh. The walls are quite thin, and there is a lot of noise from the corridors and neighboring rooms, even though the hotel is located on the outskirts of Rome in a relatively quiet area. The food at the restaurant was below expectations. The parking area is too small compared to the hotel’s capacity.

Very, very run-down and in need of renovation. Mold in the bathrooms and unpleasant smells. The noisy elevators were a horror.

Never return.
