Therasia Resort Sea and SPA - The Leading Hotels of the World

attention to detail , layout location .etc

Spa could use some updating but it was still very nice

Hotel é incrível pela localização. Pôr do sol surreal, um dos lugares mais lindos. As piscinas são muito boas. Tem acesso ao mar. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Banheiro grande e bom.

As piscinas poderiam ser menos fria. E a oferta do transfer do centro de Vulcano para o hotel poderia ser sob demanda do hóspede.

Location, aperitivo al tramonto, piscine e ristoranti

Arredamento della Camera (matrimoniale superior con balcone e vista giardino sul retro) non proprio da 5 stelle

The breakfast was great, plenty of choice, although the service was a bit hit and miss. There were some great staff. The hotel was spotless and house keeping was excellent. Location unbeatable.

When enquiring about the restaurants available at the hotel the staff constantly pushed the Michelin star restaurant, while holding back there were two other less expensive alternatives. The food in general was below average but very expensive. Very poor value for money. The service was also disappointing. It started off ok, but quickly tailed off. When trying to feedback to the management of the restaurant about our dissatisfaction they were reluctant to acknowledge the feedback. The food and value for money was the biggest let down. The drinks were also extortionate.
