Sara greeted us and what a stunning host, nothing was a problem she really was exceptional. This was one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. Outstanding quality and the dinner was superb. A faultless property.

There was nothing not to like

The rural setting and the friendly people

This was our second time here and, no doubt, we will stay here again on our way to and from further south in Italy. The bedroom, Olivio on this occasion, was fine. The kettle socket was an issue, but quickly resolved by reception. The en-suite was big and with a good shower. Loved the solid soap body wash and shampoo bars! The evening meal was delicious although this time we were sat inside due to the weather, which is not as lovely as sitting outside. Breakfast was good, but, like last time the bread was stale to the point of being hard and yet the bread served for the evening meal was great. For those travelling there are quite a few petrol stations on the way out back to the autostrada.

The breakfast bread. Both times the breakfast bread has been stale, really stale. The first time we thought, may be using left over bread from the evening before, but the bread in the morning this time was different to the evening bread. Some way of toasting the stale bread would have helped at least, but ‘fresh’ was the only option and not enjoyable

Location was great and food quite nice but room was far too dark

Darkness of room and lack of lighting
