The location and the room
How noise the street was at night. We wish we would have gotten an interior room. There is police station near by and the sirens and the people parting woke us up several times every night, even with the window close, which we would have preferred to keep it open.

The hotel met expectations. The location is very convenient, close to subway stations and within walking distance of the city's main attractions. The facilities are modern, new, and kept clean. The staff was attentive and helpful, and the 24-hour front desk is a plus. Overall, it's a solid option that delivers what it promises.
The only minor thing is that breakfast could be served a bit earlier, which would be helpful if you have early plans like a day trip to another city.

The location was great! The size of the bedroom was good, with enough space for luggage etc. Good AC.
Bland breakfast. Not much that was tasty. The bathroom was quite small and long-ish. The sinc was constructed in a way that all water stayed on it and dripped over the edge on the floor. Lots of noice from the outside.

"Dobry hotel dla turystów. Świetnie położony, wystarczy bardzo krótki spacer, żeby dojść na Puerta del Sol. Bardzo wiele interesujących miejsc w zasięgu spaceru. Bardzo dobre śniadania."
