The location, facility, room, breakfast were all excellent but what stood out the most were the staff. A special shout out to Elena and Glykeria at the front desk who made us feel so welcomed, and Nick the driver. They were thoughtful, kind, professional and efficient, and their recommendations for restaurants, shops and sites were spot on. All the other staff we encountered always greeted us with a smile too. Thank you for making us feel so at home.
The room tv had sketchy reception for English channels but we had better things to do than watch TV in our room!

Lovely staff. Pretty hotel. Superb location. Reception staff were very helpful and were very kind to transport and store our luggage. Rooms were spotless and ours had a little outside area, drinking water provided each day and nice shampoo, hand cream etc. Pool and bar staff were very helpful and kept everything sparkling.
Some gently background music would have been nicer in the hotel lobby and at the pool.
The playlist was too loud for the beautiful and otherwise relaxing pool area.
The inside sauna area should be included in the hotel rate. It is fine to pay for extras like spa treatments, etc. but I usually find that sauna/steam rooms are included. It looked like a lovely area. The staff were all lovely.

Super convenient location but cool and calm inside with a lovely pool. The most fabulous staff. They cannot do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble. Fabulous breakfast with incredible choice of dishes. I defy you not to love this place.
