The external area is wonderful. It is well maintained and it is literally on the beach.
The hotel smelled unclean, more like bug spray in some areas and the restaurant internal area was really smelly. The food was exposed without any kind of cover to protect it from flies. There were so many flies on the food that I couldnt enjoy many of the items served for breakfast such as breads, cakes, cheese, ham or anything exposed. I took pictures to send to management. It was sad.

Some staff were helpful, some not. A room change was provided, so cannot fault that. Rooms are practical and clean. Gym is refurbished and with good equipment. Pool and beach area are great.
Some staff definately not helpful or willing to provide normal service (eg a fiscal receipt on checkout). Breakfast area continues to be plagued by pigeons in the area and on the tables.

The outside area is wonderful with tropical gardens. The room mattresses are also good.
The property is old and requires a large renovation, the air conditioner is central and the guest can’t define the temperature of it is own room. The bathroom was the worst part since does not have an exhaustion system or even a window, so it creates a lot of humidity and bad smells.

I reale love the location, the rest was not good.
The staff are not friendly, no bar, no restaurant after 21:30 🕤 take 2 hours to bring a sandwich to our room. Etc
