Friendly and helpful staff. I didn't have a Swiss plug and a staff member was nice enough to get me one for my stay. Great restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Amazing view of Lake Geneva. Perfect hotel to stay to visit Chaplin's World.

Great view.
The reception service was good. When we asked to change rooms as it wasn’t matching our expectations, our request was handled immediately and with no hesitation.
Our expectations were higher. The hotel is quite far from the city center, which was a downside for us.
We were surprised to find that the room we received was different from the photos, which do not accurately reflect the reality. The rooms in the secondary building are not the same as those in the main building.
