Hotel De La Darse

Good location with a lovely terrace overlooking the harbour. Nice restaurant as well.

Doors keys were annoying, lousy hair dryer. Paper cups in bathroom were disappointing.

This quaint hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways! We wanted a hotel that was easily accessible by Taxi, had an elevator, close to restaurants and shops and amazing harbor views. This is one of the few places that a taxi/Uber can actually drive up to the front of. Much of Ville Franche (especially in the harbor area) is accessible by steep walkways with many steps. It is a short lovely walk around the Presidio to the shops and restaurants. We always felt safe, even at night. The staff was helpful and charming. Our room had a fabulous terrace with furniture that overlooked the stunning harbor with beautiful yachts. The food at the hotel is excellent! There is no other hotel we would consider for future visits.
