Amazing hospitality and great staff Very clean and brilliant location

The staff were super attentive and made the stay really comfortable. Location was great, whilst it was quiet inside. Within a 2 minute walk you are right in the middle of the action in the Medina.

WiFi was a little clunky connecting to different connections across the property.

We felt very welcome and had a very nice stay. The attention to detail was very appreciated.

Having to check up on things to make sure they were taken care of. Having to worry about that stuff.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional-warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making the experience special. Nothing was too much trouble, and their friendly approach made a real difference. The food was outstanding, both dinner on arrival and breakfast each morning. Each meal was beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly prepared with great care and quality ingredients. The airport transfer service was seamless and stress-free, which made travelling so much easier. It was incredibly well organised and added to the overall sense of ease throughout our stay. The rooms were stunning-tastefully designed, immaculately clean, and extremely comfortable. Every detail had been thought through, creating a relaxing and luxurious environment. One of the highlights was the massage, which was simply fabulous. It was deeply relaxing and professionally delivered, leaving me feeling completely refreshed. Overall, this was an exceptional experience. Everything-from the staff to the facilities-was of the highest standard, and we would absolutely love to return.
