Great hotel fabulous pool and beach area, great breakfast and lunch buffets. Really friendly staff.
Hotel could do with a revamp. Pretty tired in lots of places. Rooms have been renovated but outside areas worn out.

The resort itself is excellent; the beaches and pools are amazing, and the location is great. The room is large and spacious with a nice, good-sized balcony.
The only issue I felt was with the bathroom facilities. First of all, the water pressure in the shower is weak—meaning even at its highest setting, it's only medium at best. Palace in Moon Beach is like a place in paradise, designed to combine comfort with amazing natural beauty. We were met by few staff members who greeted us at the front door and made us feel welcome and comfortable. We were pleased to see our room have been upgraded to a room with sea view. To rest on the terrace looking at the beach and sea was the perfect start and end of our days in Okinawa. All staff were friendly and polite and supported us with everything we needed. Thank you 🤩
Everything was perfect
