Everything was perfect, from the free airport pick-up to the upgrade to a suite to the great breakfast and helpful, English-speaking staff. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is excellent, close to People‘s park, the cultural park, the metro etc. The courtyard restaurant is charming and food very good and very reasonable. I loved that each room has a little balcony with a table and a lamp.

Enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. My friend’s luggage handle broke and he could not find a luggage shop nearby. Frank ordered a new luggage for them and it was delivered in 30mins. That is what I call service!
There was also a personal hand written note to welcome you to the hotel . It is such a personal touch. Opposite the hotel, there isa nice Cantonese (Shunde) restaurant and there is a nice park nearby.
There is no lift but they had strong men to deliver your luggage to your room and retrieve them when it was time to leave.
