Generally very high satisfaction with hotel. Very good and high service overall. Hotel is clean. Nice swimming poll and hotel beach. Staff very helpfull.
One section of rooms is noisy. Also during the night (noise from central A/C unit, kitchen of restaurant, staff...). Other sections of rooms are quiet.

Spacious bedroom area and good choice of hot buffet breakfast as well as patisserie section. Nice beach with good facilities. Easy parking for our hire car.
No hot water in the mornings. Very much a lack of communication with reception staff and they were not bothered about sorting out the water issues at all with their tech guy. We were expecting a Balcony but all rooms that I saw apart from those on the ground floor had the same type of 'Balcony'. This was about 15 inches wide so not wide enough to put a chair on. I don't think this should be described as a balcony.
