It was in a great location, very well appointed and the staff were always helpful. They had complimentary afternoon tea which was delicious as well as a live musical trio performance. The rooftop pool was also great.

Beautiful hotel - very luxurious with a fabulous breakfast and afternoon tea included for our stay. The room was beautiful, the pool amazing, and the staff were wonderful, very welcoming and made our stay a real pleasure. This hotel is centrally located - a quick walk one way to the river and other way to the Opera House. Great access to restaurants and the key sights of Ho Chi Minh City.
It was cheaper to get our washing done at the spa next door than to have the hotel do it (a very small issue in the bigger scheme of things).

Staff were keen to please, lovely hotel, happy for us to use facilities whilst waiting for delayed flights, great location, quiet rooms in a busy city. Great breakfast and lovely atmosphere.

This is truly an exceptional hotel. Our room was amazing the bed was comfortable yep and the pool is fantastic but most importantly the staff was phenomenal. Alec, Dory, and Sophia on the front desk took care of about every want and need. I highly commend them,
They are an asset to the silver land franchise and deserve to be recognised for their incredible service.
Thank you Sophia Dory and Alec
