Pineland Hotel and Health Resort

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly and attentive, the hotel was spotless, and the food was excellent, the cleanliness was impeccable. The location was perfect. We particularly appreciated the generous upgrade from a standard room to a beautiful loft apartment with a private jacuzzi and sauna for our wedding anniversary celebration. This thoughtful gesture made our stay extra special, created wonderful memories, and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and a great start to the day, specially the Sajj Live Station added a delicious local touch. As a small suggestion, the breakfast could be elevated even further with a wider variety of choices, such as boiled eggs, a larger selection of cheeses (halloumi, yellow cheese, etc.), and fresh baguette or French bread alongside the traditional Lebanese bread. This would make an already excellent experience even better.

The breakfast was very cheap: there was no variety, no fresh lemon juice (only powdered), coffee and tea were served in cardboard cups, and there were no croissants or baguettes... The foul and hummus were served from a can, which was disappointing and lacked freshness. Some electrical outlets were not properly installed, creating a potential safety hazard. They never mentioned that there was no spa. On Booking.com, the property is listed as a resort and spa, which is misleading.
