Clean, pillows were flat asked for more and they brought more
It was too expensive

This was our first time staying in a Holiday Inn and was very pleased with the room and comfort of the bed.
Had an issue with the TV remote but figured it was due to the weather (rain). Not an issue.

The rooms are quiet, you cannot hear the rooms near you or even hallway noise
Our key kept not working and had to be changed out twice (it worked on outside doors but not room)

We had an unforseen issue and one of the techs had to drive back to Knoxville and could NOT stay the night, however they would NOT cancel that room and refund. Therefore Booking.com is not my favorite. The room was more than we had budgeted but we have stayed there in the past with good results. It just simply was NOT a good business decision IMO for them to refuse to cancel and refund.
