Great location close to the train station, just a few minutes to walk. The apartment was clean and tidy and looked just as described. The windows open fully, so you can get some fresh air. Despite the central location, it's relatively quiet.
There was free water, tea, coffee, some snacks even and shower soap provided, so everything you need for a short stay. We did not use the kitchen apart from making tea, but it seemed like the basics were there.
Very nice, big shower; and everything really nice and clean!
The apartment was not fancy or anything, but as described, so really there is no reason to complain.

It was very easy to collect the key since we arrived late at night. The location is perfect - 5 minutes walk from the main train station. The whole flat is bigger than I expected, and is great for 3-4 people.

Great location, less than 15 minutes form the train station and also near the city centre. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and had tea/coffee, etc. to get us started. The bathroom was roomy, with a very good shower. As we were so central, we ended up not being in the apartment that much because there was lots to see and do nearby.
While the bedrooms were bright and airy, the seating area was to the back of the building and was a little bit dark (we were on the first floor).

- Great location, just a few mins walk from the main train station and tourist attractions & old town.
- Spacious apartment, the kitchen has everything you need.
- There was construction work on the same floor that was carried out by Boardinghouse, which ruined our stay. The construction work started around 9:30, including drilling and breaking stuff, which was very loud. The hotel staff should have informed us in advance, in which case we wouldn't have stayed there. When we expressed our opinion at the check-out, the hotel staff simply said "Sorry" with a half-smile. That's not a professional attitude.
- Bed and especially the pillows were extremely uncomfortable
