Cozytel Chiangmai

Great hotel in the old town area. It’s located on the main road, but it’s not too busy, so the room was actually quite quiet with hardly any noise from traffic or people. We also felt safe walking around at night. The hotel and room were clean, with daily housekeeping, fresh towels and bottled water every day. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The room had everything we needed too, TV, speedy wifi, hairdryer, fridge, slippers, etc. The staff were really nice and professional, and their English was very good. They tried their best to accommodate all our requests.

The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The property was very clean, and the location was extremely convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Overall, a pleasant stay

The bedding was very uncomfortable, and I found the hotel quite overpriced, especially considering that breakfast is not included or even offered.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The location was also great, quiet at night and close to the old town and within walking distance of a lot of places. Would happily stay here again

I love that it’s on a quiet street, very relaxed vibe. Front desk staff were kind, responsive and helpful- they went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. Rooms were cleaned daily, top notch service. The bikes provided were great for getting around town. Pool was clean and fresh-perfect in the afternoons. There is a fantastic local boutique coffee lounge next door, 4 different roasts of espresso to choose from.

Plastic bottles for water- glass is so much nicer all around.
