Plenty of parking Rooms were spotless and smelt lovely. Good size rooms beautifully decorated. Dad said it was the best night sleep he has had in a hotel Bed was big. Staff were very friendly. Plenty of breakfast options and served very quickly The host Valerie introduced herself and was very helpful. You can walk into town which is about 8 min walk downhill steep going up! Pickering is a lovely town and the steam train is about 25 minute drive

Great location for North York Moors Railway and Pickering centre, as it is only 7-8 minutes walk away. Beds are the most comfortable we have ever slept on, Valerie is a wonderful host, and the breakfast is excellent. The garden is nice to sit out in on a nice day too.
