The resort, nestled in the middle of the tea plantation, is breathtaking. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The infinity pool with a view of the woods is indescribable. The food and service are outstanding. We stayed there for two nights with our two children and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Location, staff, cleanliness & food, everything was really good. The tea estate tour was really good.
Price per night was bit too high.

Good location and grounds. The house itself is nice. Service is good. Food is good. Nothing exceptional but overall “good”
I booked the master suite and was given a double deluxe room. No reimbursement or any real solution was offered. Booking.com gave me a credit for the difference in price but the hotel refused to acknowledge it. Very disappointing response.
