The view from our cabana was breathtaking. We loved the garden areas and how well they were maintained.
The staff was wonderful and very accommodating to our needs.
The food was very local and tasteful. We will definitely come here again.
The room television and Wi-Fi was not working.

A nice tranquil place away from the city Center but you need a tuk tuk to get anywhere.
Cleanliness was not the greatest here. Also, the food wasn’t the greatest (not as good as other stays I’ve had in Sri Lanka). The hotel manager is very helpful and was great at organizing all sorts of transportation for me.

We were returning guests, so were a little disappointed by the drop in service and cleanliness of the rooms (we had to run over the rooms ourselves with a damp cloth, it was so dusty). However Chef made up for the initial disappointment both with his food as well as taking upon himself to ensure we were well taken care of throughout our stay.
Parking - there should be proper signage/security personnel to direct vehicles. Our vehicle was damaged by the steep and narrow driveway, which we needn't have accessed at all had there been clear directions.
Cleanliness - Rooms must be dusted more thoroughly/regularly.
