Taksim Yazıcı Residence

Location and clean

It was ok

Amazing

GREAT Staff, VERY HELPFUL Great room and facilities LOCATION IS GREAAAAAAAAATTTTTTT

It was close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. The place was generally clean.

When we first arrived there was no-one there to check us in, we were waiting for ages, until I finally had to got to a neighbouring hotel. The worker was at a nearby spot socialising. Then we had communication issues because the worker didn’t speak English. The following day we were told we would be upgraded for a price of 20 euros but the gentleman who told us that was not to be seen again. On the last night we were disturbed at 2am with someone banging on a door above our room because apparently the people staying had locked their card in the room (we had to get up 3 hours later to catch a flight) my baby was disturbed who was fast asleep. Unfortunately, as we were leaving there was no one at the reception to check us out and we didn’t get a real apology at all about the night before.
