Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de la terrasse,,la tranquillité du quartier. Les commerces à proximité, il ne faut pas hésiter à se promener dans le quartier et à quelques minutes à pied il y a un supermarché de qualité et un endroit pour déjeuner. Le fait d être en rez de chaussée surelevé est agréable ainsi que la réactivité des propriétaires en cas de questions.

Nous étions à pied, donc le centre ville est accessible à 30min environ mais les arrêts de bus sont très proches.

Gostei muito. A receção foi toda feita por mensagem no Booking e atempadamente, ambas as portas tinham códigos previamente partilhados. A casa, no R/C, era espaçosa e com uma varanda/terraço muito agradável para fazer as refeições. Tinha todas as comodidades necessárias. Cozinha pequena mas funcional, máquina da loiça das pequenas (com pastilhas), máquina de café de filtro, todas as loiças (incluindo copos de vinho). WC com banheira, papel higiénico e gel de banho. Máquina da roupa e um estendal numa pequena marquise. Boas toalhas de banho (2 para cada). Internet a funcionar bem. Apenas a TV não dava para ligar pois tinha a tomada ocupada com o router. Fica a 30min do centro e 25min do Parque Marechal Carmona, a pé. Tem um pequeno supermercado perto (no bairro) e um Pingo-Doce a 15min a pé.

I did have some concerns about security during my stay. As I was travelling alone, I was uncomfortable not having a key to lock the apartment door from the inside, particularly as I didn't know who else had access to the entry code. I also felt a little uneasy when I was out of the apartment with my valuables inside. The apartment itself isn't quite as fresh as the photos suggest and would benefit from some attention and updating. While I appreciate that I booked relatively last minute, I didn't feel that it represented particularly good value for one person at the price I paid. It may feel more reasonable when shared between 2–4 people, but expectations should be set that this is a fairly basic apartment. The space also feels somewhat higgledy-piggledy, with items stored in different places without much sense of flow or organisation. It would also benefit from a thorough deep clean, as it felt like this hadn't been done for some time. Overall, the stay was fine for the basics, and the owner was good with communication and check-in information, but I think the listing could benefit from some updating and a more thorough clean, as well as clearer consideration of security for solo guests.
