Hotel Citrin - Adults Only

Great location, close to the New City Centre and within walking distance of AFI Brașov Shopping Centre. The breakfast was excellent and very generous, with plenty of options to choose from. A special mention goes to the reception staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help. They really made us feel at home. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back!

The only thing I would suggest adding is a kettle in the room, so guests can make a cup of tea or coffee whenever they like, rather than only being able to enjoy one during breakfast. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back!

A wonderful new, or at least recently renovated, hotel with its own parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The receptionist was always ready to assist us and answer our questions. The room was spotlessly clean and cleaned daily. There is a large shopping center very close to the hotel. Breakfast was very good, with four options for the main course plus a buffet.

There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room.

Znakomity hotel z przemiłą obsługą (szczególnie Pani Ioana z sali śniadaniowej), pomagającą dobrze zaparkować czy doradzić najlepsze lokale w mieście. Ulokowany 20 minut pieszo od starówki, obok centrum handlowego. Duży wygodny pokój z łazienką, na naszą prośbę cichy, z widokiem na dziedziniec a nie zewnętrzną ulicę. Śniadanie do wyboru z czterech zestawów, tak dużych, że żaden z nich nie jest możliwy do zjedzenia w całości. Do tego jeszcze w przypadku wczesnego wylotu obsługa przygotowuje śniadanie na wynos do zabrania ze sobą. Absolutnie warty polecenia!

The property was very clean, decent breakfast but with few options, it isn’t an open buffet style.

Really cold rooms, they had only one blanket and the heat in the radiators was stopped during the day, even if it was 0 degrees outside. If you want to sleep and put the ‘Do not disturb’ sign on the door, they still call you on the telephone in the room to ask when they can come clean, which is annoying and disrespectful.
