B&B Hotel Wien-Hbf

We had a lovely stay in Vienna, the proximity to the train station made our stay very practical and the nearby metro station allowed us to visit the city very easily. The hotel was calm, in a nice neighbourhood. The staff was great and helpful, kindly storing our luggage when we needed it.

Nothing to dislike, we enjoyed our stay vey much.

there was a banging sound coming from the bathroom, that happened every 30 mins or so, which was very disturbing, especially at night, and the bathroom door did not close all the way

Though I know through the reviews that it is a basic hotel; one should minimally provide mugs for toothbrushing.. since disposal ones are provided, they should at least change new ones. Note: 4 disposal cups (2 in the toilet and 2 on the room table) are provided for a 3-night stay for 3 of us (triple room). There are only 2 chairs in the room. There's no kettle in the room though we were able to get hot water from the reception. No free coffee/tea but one can buy coffee from the vending machine at a good price of Euro1.5
