The property has incredible staff who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. As soon as you arrive, they understand your plan and make drop off and breakfast arrangements accordingly. They explain all the dos and don’ts about using the onsen and the Japanese style rooms. My daughter was unwell and the host was super helpful in offering drinkable yoghurt to make her comfortable. And this part was just incredible where the host came looking for us and found us on our return bus journey to hand over my pyjamas which I had left behind at the hotel during checkout. I mean who does that IRL? And the amazing breakfast and views of Mt Fuji from our room window just made for icing on the cake! Overall, we loved every bit of our experience here!

There are no bath facilities other than the common hot spring onsen which takes getting used to, especially with kids. But a dip in the onsen leaves you feeling thoughtfully relaxed!

The hotel was quiet, comfortable and in a good location for our purposes. On top of that the quality of the service and the kindness of Haru and Masa made our stay outstanding.

Nothing

The owners were super nice!! We didn’t get the name but he was very patient and kind. It was raining when we arrived so he offered us some snacks while we were waiting for our room as they were preparing it for an early check in. He explained the area for us so it was great for comfortably getting around the area later. He was showing us around the facility, explaining everything in a meticulous way. The next day, as the free shuttle bus to the station service they offer, he drove us by himself and sent us off with water and candy. Highly recommended place! It should be noted that the facility is very traditional Japanese, so the onsen is essentially the shower and there’s a shared bathroom other than a small toilet in your private room.

Local convenient with shuttle bus to from bus station. Staff very friendly with Japanese breakfast Hot Onsen bath to relax View direct to Mt Fuji - we were lucky after more than a week of rain previously!

A little older but comfortable
