Well-presented apartment just a few steps away from the main square of Kraków's old town. Solid wood furnishings, clean and functional utilities, air conditioning. Communication from the staff were clear and they even reached out a few days into our stay to ask if we needed any more toiletries/linen.

There's no elevator, not a big issue for us but definitely not accessible to those less able-bodied. And while the windows did a decent job of blocking sound, during the evening some noise from the crowds still bleeds through, which is to be expected given the location really.

The location was excellent and the history of the building made it very interesting

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, easy and convenient check-in and checkout procedures. Apartments were fully equipped, clean and cosy. Possibility of later checkout and luggage storage was also a great advantage. Communication with a staff was very easy, with the immediate and friendly response

Had good recommendations & close to the main area we were interested in. We needed 2 completely separate rooms as we are a couple travelling with an older gent. Apartment presented as large enough for this, as well as washing facilities so we booked 4 nights stay. The coffee machine is a good improvement from sachets!

There was no washing facilities! So we were duped here. We arrived with a bag of laundry to do for our 4 nights stay, only to have to try doing it in the shower as there were not even any plugs for the wash basin or sink! The apartment is only 2rooms big, so there was only a bedroom & the living area with single bed was the other area. Shared bathroom, with no privacy thru to the bedroom! Pillows are flat so ended up with a kinked neck. No 2nd key so had to keep making arrangements for individual outings from the apartment. Not enough light in hallway to read the key codes at door - had to keep using our phones. Not ideal accom in this beautiful city! We stayed away from the apartment as much as possible, to get time by ourselves... No kitchen towel to dry cups after cleaning. No face cloths provided..
