Clean & Clear communication

Cute little condo right across the street from the beach. Perfect for our family!

Nice little condo and pool, perfect location. Very nice beaches close by. We all enjoyed the place

I've gone back and forth on writing this review. I want to be 100% honest so those who book in the future have a real review. First the condo is clean, close to everything, directly across from public Beach access, and next to a has station and walkable to restaurants and even an alligator attraction (which are all things we do when we visit our house on the island). Now HUGE issue were the "palmetto bugs" in the bedroom Aka large cockroaches. We did reach out to management who of course claimed it was due to rain, but again we actually have a house here and with proper pest control if they were getting in they should have been dying. We treated the unit multiple times ourselves before finally solving the issue on day five. I tried to not bother management until there were three in one night which was a major issue. We did not feel comfortable preparing food in the unit so it having a kitchen was useless at that point. Again the unit itself was clean but the bugs ruined that feel for me. Another note would be that the beds are obviously broken as they are sunken in in the middle and you cannot use the pull out sofa because there is a giant box table thing in the middle of the livingroom that practically touches the dining room table that basically blocks the walkway. Furniture upgrades are needed as well as pest control. They did however provide ample towels and the bed linens were very nice.
