A wonderful 17th century building with beams and wobbly floors. Really well located at the top of Broad Street over The Volunteer Inn, a great pub with lots of atmosphere. Lots of shops bars and cafes etc are nearby and it is a 10 minute stroll to the beach front. Our room was big and the bed was really comfortable. The shower was large and the tea and coffee facilities were lovely.

We loved our stay, but guests with mobility issues need to understand that the age of the building means the stairs are narrow and steep and the location is on a hill. Also handy to acknowledge that due to the excellent location there is ‘high street’ and pub noise, which didn’t affect our stay, but could be important for some.

We really like the room we had really clean and comfortable

We hadn’t realised the pub would be quite so busy although we were warned our room was above the bar but obviously it is used by a lot of locals

Good location in Lyme Regis Clean Everything needed for a overnight stay

As other comments and well explained the noise can be a bit disruptive

the room itself was nice

we weren't aware that the room was above a busy pub and on the same level as their kitchen. Sleep was difficult. It was bedlam until 2 AM.
