L’accueil, l’espace, propriété très agréable, jolie décoration, la vue des différentes terrasses est superbe, très relaxant, la proximité de la mer et des restaurants ( 5mn à pied)

The location is in a quiet & safe neighborhood with great views of the Aegan Sea. Glastres Beach is just a short walk down the hill, and a very relaxing beach restaurant/bar called Kikabu too.
There's plenty of outdoor seating at the villa, and a nice outdoor shower comes in handy after a swim.
The owner is very helpful, friendly and responsive.
Whilst there are 5 bedrooms that sleep 10 people, there are only two bathrooms and a toilet downstairs. Only one of the bathrooms has a proper shower, the other one has a shallow bath with only a hand-held shower.
Parking at the house is limited to 2 cars because of the steep driveway.

luxurious, spacious and modern with hammer views.
A/C exists and works well, but due to the location of ventilation shaft it needs to be left to run all day to cool down tooms in the summer. not a problem, but just a small issue.
