Great location and price; room had everything you needed

I only had one curtain so light coming in when I was trying to sleep was an issue

The staff r friendly and customer svs on the phone is good

The beds r diff in the rms we have though they r the same type of rooms. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Easy to get from the station to the apartment. In walking distance to places of interest.

Nothing in particular. It is not fancy it is basic but it has everything you need and check in was easy. For the price nothing to complain about.

Easy to find. Customer service answered as soon as I called

When I arrived in Frankfurt I realized I booked the wrong period and I had to pay to change the dates despite they had many available rooms and the period I left would have been higher season, but ok, my fault. I arrived more than an hour after available check in but when I entered the apartment (which is in fact JUST A ROOM WITH A MICROWAVE) THE ROOM WAS STILL AS LEFT BY THE PREVIOUS GUESTS. I informed the customer service and they changed my room but AFTER WAITING THEY “REWARD” ME WITH A ROOM SMALLER THAN THE ONE I HAD PAID FOR, actually a single room, as also the bed was smaller and there was just one chair, bathrobe etc.. Moreover there was some dead insects left on the floor.. The door in the shower didn’t close properly so the floor was always wet after using it. Only one side of the bed had power socket, as it was a smaller room
