The apartament was in pristine condition. Very comfortable bed, cozy lights all over the room, big balcony, black out blinds for good sleep, AC, complimentary snacks and drinks, jacuzzi (the temperature of the water is controllable - as other reviews say that it is not). The host was very helpful and caring. There were breakfast in a nearby cafe (2 minutes walk) - they served a croissant and a coffee for breakfast, which was a nice touch to an already great experience at the apartment. Would definitely come back if ever came to Monopoli again.

If I had to name one bad thing about the apartament, it would have to be location, as it is 14 minutes walk to the train station and around 20 minutes walk to the old town. Nevertheless, this would not stop me from choosing this apartament again.

The room was great, very clean and modern. Host was very nice, they let us check in earlier. The bathtub was awesome. Location was okay, around 15 min walking to the old town.

I was surprised by the very limited breakfast, only a croissant and a cup of coffee in the nearby coffeehouse. Considering they say breakfast is included andyou get breakfast vouchers, I was expecting a lot more. Also, lack of shampoo and shower gel.
