Mr Ahmed the owner is a v. Respectable person. And he do a rapid response whenever indeed. The flat is at a v. Nice location next door to piazza venue. swimming pool and Beach is front of and fantastic water with some spread coral reef 🪸 and fish.
The shower unit for the pool and sea at palm beach was locked and out of use.

The apartment is spacious and cozy
The shower really needs maintenance, especially the hand shower. The staff of the building was very rude, unbearable especially when they chase you screaming for have stupid no-sense information. The “receptionist” disturb us in the early morning because he didn't want us to hang our clothes on the balcony, he said “is forbidden here” pity that the others balcony were full of clothes and bed sheets.
