Kurna Mõis

We really enjoyed our one-night stay at Kurna Mõis. The hotel is located in a somewhat isolated area near the highway, which may not suit everyone, but for us it added to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What makes this place special is its beautiful old-style manor character. The hotel has a charming mansion-like feel, full of character and warmth, making it a refreshing alternative to standard city hotels. The surroundings are calm and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a day of travel. Overall, Kurna Mõis is a lovely choice for travelers who appreciate historic charm, tranquility, and a unique atmosphere. We would happily stay here again.

The breakfast selection was not extensive, but everything offered was fresh and tasty, and we had no complaints at all. It was a pleasant start to the day.

For what I needed, Kurna Mõis was great - comfortable bed and a decent breakfast at a very reasonable price. Comfortable bed, zippy wifi and quiet surroundings. The park around the manor looked lovely. Keys were in the room, so no need to check in or out.

I wouldn't say it was bad, but it was odd being at a traditional hotel, but seeing no staff at all. The noise from the ring road was a bit loud, but as traffic died down, so did the noise.

Wygodny, cichy i ciepły pokój. Okno dachowe bardzo wysoko więc nieco klaustrofobicznie. Ciekawie i stylowo odrestaurowany obiekt. Klima jest w pokoju ale jej głośność ogranicza nieco przydatność. Czysto, choć mała łazienka z częściowo tylko osłoniętym prysznicem, bardzo mokra po myciu. Dość szybko jednak obsycha dzięki ogrzewaniu podłogowym zainstalowanym w niej. Brak półek ale jest bardzo użyteczna suszarka do włosów. Wygodny parking choć nieco kłopotliwy po dużym deszczu. Bardzo dobre śniadania, wystarczające żeby najeść się mimo raczej skromnego charakteru. Restauracja nie zawsze czynna w dzień. Bardzo ładnie wykończone stylowe pomieszczenia restauracji. Nie ma chyba nigdzie prostszej procedury zakwaterowania w hotelu. Polecamy.

Great location, outside the city and easy to reach if you want to avoid the city centre. Free parking and the room were competitively priced and comes with a small fridge. I like the outside of the hotel, the medieval theme inside downstairs as well as the bedroom hallway upstairs, but this is where it ends.

Once you enter the room, the decor is very very outdated, flashback to the 80's. I found the room worn out, carpets not clean, some sanitary wear in the bathroom broken and mended by tape. The beds are very uncomfortable and since the rooms are in the attic, the are no windows with any type of view, only a skylight that is too high to reach to open for fresh air. I was very hopeful when i arrived and seen the hotel from the inside as well as the hallways, but very disappointed as soon as i walked into the room. This hotel will be a lot more attractive to return to if they apply the same standards and decor from downstairs area to the bedrooms. The main business seems to be a restaurant downstairs. I did not try dinner, but i did have breakfast which was underwhelming (but included in already competitive room price)
