Spacious rooms/villa, good facilities, staff was friendly and welcoming. The villas were spread out and private, also loved the car space provided. Good for families with children.

Flies, cockroaches, soiled blankets, remotes in bedrooms- not working, lounge, kitchen items/cupboards and blinds not clean. It was a real shame because the actual villa was so spacious and our stay could have been a lot more pleasant. I spent the first couple of hours cleaning and used covers to sit on lounge.

This is a hidden gem of Port Macquarie! It's a paradise for parents with children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers. Undercover pool, Kayaking on the lake inside, Club room for adults and kids shared room with pool tables, darts, ping pong included with our stay is awesome! We also seen putters in the clubhouse but didnt get around to seeing if Putt Putt was available. BBQ areas around the lake as well. There is cottages with lake views, we had one with no lake view and enjoyed it still, its so quiet and slow paced in all areas, own parking spot and access code entry at the gate. This will become our new favourite spot to book whilst on holidays up the coast. Loved our whole stay as a family of 5 with so much room and separation.
