Good location, property lived up to description and pictures. Some slight issues:- cleanliness to some areas, smelly area under sink in kitchen, difficulty with front door key access. Despite these comfortable well equipped property.

Really enjoyed our stay at Flint House, very comfortable, home from home, lovely surroundings, cannot wait for our next visit.

This house is the best we have ever stayed in. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children and there was loads of space to do our own things. It was a short distance from Wells next the Sea and there was a lovely pub/restaurant next to the house but we didn’t hear any noise whatsoever, great food. Would definitely recommend and would go back.

Beautiful house looks exactly like the pictures. Very well equipped with everything you needed. Very comfy beds and great showers.
Would definitely recommend and return.
