The apartment is in a fabulous location. Very nicely decorated, beautiful art work Loved the little balcony Apartment is spacious AC worked perfectly There was coffee, tea, sugar A 7 minute walk to the train station. 5 minute walk to the supermarket. 3 to 5 minutes to restaurant's and cafes 3 minute walk to little beach by the castle then another beach but further along About a 7 minute walk to catch the ferry to Santa Margherita and Portifino Rapallo is perfect to get to Cinque Terre, Camogli, Santa Margherita and Portifino We would stay again

Our big complaint was the beds . So hard not comfortable at all We suggest buying a mattress topper from Amazon, which will make a huge difference Staying in many airbnbs which we really appreciated was milk , bottles of water, juice even bread and fruit , butter. Most people will have travelled so having little things to make a drink . Have toast for the morning is a big bonus for most travellers and much appreciated. Another suggesion to have a little shelf in the shower to hold shampoo, body wash and conditioner ( Amazon)

Amazing stay in Rapallo” The apartment has a perfect location in the center of Rapallo – bars, restaurants, and the sea are just a few steps away. The central station is only a 5–7 minute walk, and there’s a supermarket nearby as well. The host was wonderful, recommending great places to eat in Rapallo and the surrounding area. On our last day, she kindly let us stay longer since there was no booking after us, which really helped as we didn’t need to carry our luggage around. I also accidentally left my AirPods in the apartment, and she mailed them back to me – so kind! Overall, it was an amazing experience. The only small downside is that it can be a bit noisy in the mornings with cars passing by, so if you’re a light sleeper and like to sleep in, you might notice it.

Location was fantastic, facilities were excellent, host was friendly and very responsive to any issues.

It is a noisy street (particularly on the weekend) - motorcycles and people. Host/owner cannot control those.

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, sympathisch, freundlich und hilfsbereit. War per WhatsApp immer erreichbar, wenn man eine Frage hatte. Wunderschönes Haus aus 1900. Treppenhaus sehr sauber und gepflegt, Marmortreppe im Treppenhaus und auch in der Wohnung. Ausziehbares Mückennetz an den Fenstern. Kaffemaschine, sogar inklusive Kapseln. Nach einer langen Anreise die perfekte Begrüßung :) Es gibt einen Föhn, was in der Beschreibung nicht zu finden ist. Hatte meinen somit umsonst mitgenommen. Steckdosen Adapter, Smart TV & ein paar Spülmaschinen Tabs sind auch vorhanden (hatte unsere vergessen), kam wie gerufen.

Parksituation, wie bereits von allen geschrieben, ist sehr schlecht. In der gesamten Stadt. Ständig fiel der Strom aus und wir mussten mehrmals am Tag zum Sicherungskasten, der sich im Eingangsbereich des Hauses befindet, laufen. Mit ständig meine ich 6x, unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung waren nur vier Tage. Einmal kam sogar die Vermieterin vorbei, weil der reguläre Verteiler nicht das Problem war, sondern ein anderer. Da es sich hier um ein Haus aus 1900 handelt, sind die Fenster dementsprechend alt, mit nur einfacher Verglasung. Es ist somit extrem laut. Ein ruhiger Schlaf ist praktisch nicht möglich. Die Steckdosen im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer fliegen regelrecht auseinander. Einer der Decken- Ventilatoren machte immer in der Nacht ein extrem störendes klackerferäusch. Auch die Klimaanlage, aus der (auch Nachts, in der kleinsten Stufe) kleine Eisbrocken herausfielen. Aber es ist beispielsweise nicht möglich die Klimaanlage, den Wasserkocher und die Spuelmaschine gleichzeitig zu benutzen.
